If your item arrives damaged, has a print or manufacturing defect, or doesn't match the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. EU and UK customers: the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, but your legal rights for faulty items are unaffected.
