Shipping policy

Every Kept & Loved gift is made to order after you buy it. Delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Production: most items are produced in 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Framed prints and ornaments are printed, checked, and packed by our production partners in the US and Europe, close to you.

Shipping times after production: United States 3 to 7 business days; Europe and the UK 4 to 10 business days; Canada and Australia 5 to 12 business days; other countries 7 to 20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and customs processing are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders: for gifts that must arrive by a date, order early. Our holiday ordering deadlines are shown on the product pages each season.

Customs and duties: orders ship from the region closest to you whenever possible. For some countries, import duties or taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Address changes: please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@modianluxury.com right away. We can update it only before your order goes into production.
