How does personalization work?

Choose a product, upload your pet's photo, add a name and a few words, and check the layout and wording in the live preview. We paint your portrait from your photo, and our artists check it against the design before it prints. If your photo won't paint well, we email you before we start.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. After that, US delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, and Europe and the UK 4 to 10. See Shipping for every region.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout. Prices are not printed on the packing slip.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from the design and the text you entered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. See Returns & refunds.

Can I see my design before it is printed?

Yes. While you personalize, the live preview shows the layout and wording on the product. After you order, we paint your portrait from your photo and our artists check it against the design before it prints. If your photo won't paint well, we email you for a better one.
