Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes about 3 to 7 business days in the US, 4 to 10 in Europe and the UK, 5 to 12 to Canada and Australia, and 7 to 20 elsewhere. Because every item is personalized and made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or for details you entered, such as spelling. If your item arrives damaged, has a print or manufacturing defect, or doesn't match the design and the text you entered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. EU and UK customers: the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, but your legal rights for faulty items are unaffected. Is my photo good enough?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is visible works best. A phone photo is fine. If yours won't paint well, we email you before we start.
What if something isn't right?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't match the design and your text, we replace it free.
Can I add more than one pet or person?
Upload a photo with everyone in it, or reply to your order confirmation email with a few photos.
Do you ship to Europe and the UK?
